Jay-Z is planning to release an eight-song collection of live performances from his special eight-show concert series at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. The project was slated to be released on Tuesday, October 9th, but has been pushed back 48 hours to Thursday, October 11th.
The EP’s track-list hasn’t been revealed as of yet, but will include eight videos.
The project is Jay’s first live album since 2001′s Jay-Z: Unplugged, a set of acoustic performances from his The Blueprint album in which the hip hop star was backed by famed hip hop band The Roots.

G.O.O.D. Music star Big Sean talked to Philadelphia’s Hot 107.9 about his most recent mixtape, “Detroit.” Sean jokingly revealed just how he would’ve reacted had the mixtape not done well, and he says that he would’ve taken drastic measures to keep his name out there.
“If it didn’t do good, which it did, I was just going to drop a sex tape,” Sean explained. “Because sex tapes are the new mixtapes.”
Sean also denied the rumors of a sex tape with he and Nicki Minaj floating around.
